Cycle tourism encrease in Northern Norway
Cycling in arctic Tromsø is popular
For the last two years cycling in Northern Norway have encrease a lot. Most of our customers start in Tromsø and cycle 4-10 days at the islands Kvaløya, Senja and Andøya. There is good conection with boats and ferrys between the islands.
Day trips by bike in the Tromsø area is also popular. Here you will find trips for every skill level and fitness level, both on the network of trails on the island of Tromsø, Troms Valley and some longer trips beyond the Kvaløya. The city center is not particularly well adapted for cyclists, so it might be wise to get a little outside the center to get away from traffic, and find peace.
We offer guided tours on the island of Tromsø, Troms Valley and Kvaløya, where you will be taken at the finest places in the area, and are introduced to both the local history, culture and nature.
If you want to ride on your own, you can rent bicycles and equipment with us. We have both bikes, bags, goods trailers, child trailers, and everything else you need for your trip. We also help with suggested routs, maps, directions and do what we can to help you get a nice bike ride here in Northern Norway.
