The area surrounding Tromsø offers fantastic options for hiking. Whether you want an easy stroll in the birch forest, or you are search for the most extreme summit climbs, you have a lot of opportunities in the area immediately adjacent to Tromsø. The island of Kvaløya, with its countless peaks, mountain passes and moors, has an incredibly varied nature where you can experience genuine spectacular Arctic nature right out to the Arctic coast.
