How to book
We need to know your size to tell if we have available when you visit us.
Our opening hour is between 10am - 4pm mon - fri, 10am - 2pm on saturday and closed sunday. If you need it before 10am, we can deliver it at your hotel the day before. For delivery of equipment/clothes to the hotel, airport, etc.. in Tromsø, we charge a minimum of NOK 200,- for a delivery. For retrieval, the same prices. For large shipments increased amount.
If you want to book, just send an email and we reserve equipment for you in 5 days from request. If no payment is registered with us within 5 days, we will cancel the reservation. You will receive a email from PayPal for payment. Payment of this amount is your confirmation of booking.
To make a booking we need In order listed:
- Full name of tenant.
- Full address of permanent residence for the tenant.
- Mobile Phone.
- Accommodations during a stay in the rental period, the hotel / romnr.
- Name and number of, in addition to weight and length of all persons shall have equipment.
We have a stock out and hand in the middle of the city center, at Arctic Polare - Sjøgata 14, between Raddison Blu Hotel and the market. If you take the airport bus into town, and get off at Ishavshotel Rica (which is close to the Raddison Blu), it`s only two minutes to go to our warehouse.
