Lavvu camp
Our lavvu camp has a great location and is well protected in a maritime environment by the seaside. It is situated near Lauklines Kystferie on the outer coast of Kvaløya. Here, we have two medium-sized traditional Sami lavvus available, complete with benches, reindeer hides and fire places both inside and out.
You may hire the lavvus separately or hire the entire camp. We can also take care of arrangements, lighting the fires and catering.

Hire the small traditional lavvu (max 15 people)
This is a traditional lavvu, made of cotton canvas, which is streched around wooden poles. Inside there is a fireplase in the middle, surrounded by benches, so everyone can sit facing the fire. The lavvu has space for up to 15 people.
Hire the large traditional lavvu (max 30 people)

Hire both traditional lavvus (max 45 people)
This is a traditional lavvu, made of cotton canvas, which is streched around wooden poles. Inside there is a fireplase in the middle, surrounded by benches, so everyone can sit facing the fire. The small lavvu has space for up to 15 people and the large lavvu space for 30, making a total capacity of 45 people.
