This is a back country ski trip to the big playground for skiers outside Tromsø. Ski trip on touring ski equipment to one of many fantastic summits on Kvaløya. We start with a drive for about 30 min, to the places with best snow conditions. After a brief safety check, we climb a mountain, and enjoy lunch at the top. Warm drink and local lefse(sweet snack). Good ski skils needed. Incl. skis, boots, poles, skins and avalanche package (showel, probe, searcher).

This cross-country skiing trip is designed for beginners – people who have never worn skis before. We ski in flat terrain, most in prepared trails.

This is a cross-country ski tour for experienced skiers with a small summit ski climb up Tverrfjellet. The elevation is 400 m og even ascent. From this small summit, there is a great view of the mountains on the island of Kvaløya.

Join us on a short snowshoeing trip in easy terrain. This tour is designed for people who have not tried snowshoeing before. Trip is also very good for families with kids from 5-6 years old.

This tour starts from Lauklines Kystferie or Radisson Blu Hotel in Tromsø city centre. We start with a drive for about 30 min, to the places with best snow conditions at Kvaløya. On arrival, we put on snowshoes and walk up a hilly mountain, which is a small summit with great views of the sea and the majestic massif on the island of Kvaløya.
