A lot of accommodation and activity businesses in Troms has now been Cyclists Welcome authentication. Lauklines Kystferie, Sommarøy Arctic Hotel, Mefjord Brygge in Senja/ Senja Reiseliv, all of which approved Cyclists Welcome establishments, and several will be approved during the summer.
The fact that many companies in the Tromso region now focuses on bicycle tourism, making it much easier for you as a cyclist to take on a cycling holiday in the area. Now you can get pre-adapted trips by bike from Tromso, both with and without a guide. In addition to that you can attend a variety of guided day trips from Tromsø and the surrounding islands.
If you want to rent a bike and ride on your own, there are also good opportunities for that. Tromsø Natur og Fritid has a wide selection of rental bikes and equipment bags, children's and cargo trailers, tents, camping equipment, sleeping bags etc..
